Please read these Tekamo GPS Terms and Conditions carefully before using our devices and or using any of our systems (http://www.tekamogps.com and the My Mobile App). The tracking service provider location of the vehicle or equipment via internet connected to Tekamo GPS and associated server and software, to function the device will send GPS locations and notification to the Tekamo GPS.

Unlawful Use

All customers agree to use the Tekamo GPS Device and Services for only legal purposes, customer must not use any of Tekamo GPS for unlawful purpose, Abusive way or in any way that it interferes with Tekamo GPS, A customer must not modify Tekamo GPS Devices or monitoring platform (apps and website) for unlawful purpose, Tekamo GPS Devices and software must not be modified or changed by the customer.

Account Information

All customers must keep accurate and up to date information on Tekamo GPS systems and all customers are responsible for managing and protecting all their login username and password.

Unauthorized usage

Customer must not modify or make changes to the Tekamo GPS Devices and or software, Customer may not alter and or modify both the hardware and software for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Customer must notify Tekamo GPS if their device is stolen, lost or damaged. Tekamo GPS reserve the right to interrupt or restrict services to any Device or customer, without notice to a customer when the Devices or our services are used for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

Tekamo GPS and associates will not be heard responsible for claims or damages relating to (a) customer breaching any part of this agreement.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation full name, address, phone number, vehicle information …

Subscriptions

Tekamo GPS services are billed on monthly and annual recurring base respectively. Tekamo GPS automatically charge your payment card or whatever you use for your payment.

Government Law

This agreement is subject to all applicable Federal Laws and Provincial Laws.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we review and make changes to this material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Warranties

Tekamo GPS does not provide any warranties regarding our services, Tekamo GPS does not authorize anyone to make warranties on its behalf.
